Prenatal program Trimester 2


Prepare to step into the superwoman that is YOU.

This program has 3 workouts per week. Each workout has specific core and pelvic floor exercises to prepare the body for birth and beyond. Each workout includes an active warm-up and a cool-down. 

This workout can be done in the gym or at home. If you are following the program at home, all you need is two dumbbells, a mini resistance band and a medium resistance band. 

This program is designed for ALL levels of fitness.
