TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. APPLICABILITY
1.1
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and activities of Coreset.
1.2
With the online registration and/or payment for a group lesson, Personal Training or subscription, course or workshop the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Coreset.
1.3
Coreset may change these General Terms and Conditions from time to time. Coreset will announce any changes to the General Terms and Conditions in advance by e-mail.
2. GENERAL
2.1
In the event of non-compliance with the General Terms and Conditions, Corset can refuse services to be delivered to the customer.
3. PERSONAL DATA
3.1
Online registration forms must be filled in completely and truthfully.
3.2
Corset collects personal data from customers to keep track of her membership file and will treat it in the strictest confidence.
4. LIABILITY
4.1
Participation in the lesson, Personal Training course or workshop at Coreset is entirely at your own risk from the customer. By agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, the customer indicates that he is aware of own risk and accepts it. Coreset is not liable for injury, loss or damage as a result of attending a lesson, personal training, course or workshop. Any children brought along are entirely at the risk of the responsible parent/ accompanist.
5. LESSONS & MEMBERSHIP
5.1
The customer can take lessons on the basis of a rittenkaart card, stand a alone session for PT.
5.2
You can cancel a registration for a group lesson free of charge, on the day itself, up to 12 hours before the start of the lesson. If the customer cancels within 12 hours before the start of the lesson, this is considered "late cancel" and refund of the tuition is not possible and the "late cancel" is seen as participation.
5.3
You can cancel a PT session free of charge, 24 hours prior to the start of the session. If the customer cancels within 24 hours before the start of the session, this is considered late cancel and refund of tuition is not possible and the late cancel is seen as participation
5.4 If the client arrives more than 10 minutes after the start of the class, the client will be denied access to the class.
5.4
The rittenkaart, Personal Trainings and memberships are personal and therefore are not transferable to third parties.
5.5
The rittenkaart fee is payable in advance. If the payment obligation has not been met, the customer can be denied access to the lessons. 5.6 All forms of membership have a minimum contract term of 3 months and are within the contract term cannot be cancelled.
5.6
The rittenkaart is renewed after the respective contract period of 3 months. When the relevant contract period has expired, the customer can choose not to continue his/her membership. Cancellations and changes must be communicated by e-mail to Coreset.
5.7
Coreset will do everything it can to let the lesson or personal training go through according to schedule / appointment but reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class or personal training due to insufficient Attendees. Coreset will contact the customer before the start of the lesson to notify you of the cancellation. The cancelled lesson can be made up at another lesson hour in that same month. Refunds of tuition fees are not possible.
6. PRICES, PAYMENT & PRICE CHANGES
6.1
After registration for a lesson or course, the customer is obliged to pay the tuition fee due before the start of the lesson (first lesson.) This takes place by means of the online payment system, where you can choose from iDEAL or PayPal.
6.2
After registering online for a rittenkaart, membership or workshop and agreeing to the General Terms and Conditions, the customer has not met the payment conditions, Coreset will retain the right to refuse service to the customer and, if necessary, to engage a collection agency.
6.4
Coreset reserves the right to change prices. Price changes are notified in advance and announced on the website and/or by email.
7. ABSENCE & HOLIDAYS
7.1
Coreset reserves the right to be closed on public holidays and possibly due to limited class schedule during holidays.
7.2
For 3 months memberships, temporary termination of the membership is not possible.
8. SPECIALS
8.1
The customer can participate in a planned special by registering in advance with Corset and to pay the amount due. Registration for a special is only possible via the online reservation system.
8.2
It is not possible to cancel a registration for a special after payment, the registration is final.
