Take your training to the next level with our themed Specials. We dedicate these longer training sessions to learning gymnastics focused movements like the handstand. We go deeper into the most effective way to maximise glute growth and our approach on how to develop a stronger core. We will also cover themes of how to increase your flexibility through mobility work.
